1. Nature of the Experience

Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento offers in-person gastronomic experiences with limited dates, times, locations, and capacity.

2. Reservations and Payments

• The ticket grants access to the specific Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento event indicated in the selected event at the time of reservation and purchase.
• All purchases require advance payment.
• The reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
• Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and additional charges.

3. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

• Experiences are non-refundable, except for cancellation by Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento.
• In case of cancellation for operational reasons or force majeure, Bohemia may offer rescheduling, credit, or refund at its discretion.
• Refunds are only allowed if the event is canceled or postponed by Bohemia, excluding website service fees.
• Changes are only allowed if Bohemia cancels or postpones the event.
• Customer no-show will result in the loss of the amount paid.

4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento will make reasonable efforts to accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions if informed in advance, but does not guarantee completely allergen-free environments nor assumes responsibility for adverse reactions.

5. Changes to the Experience

Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the menu, schedule, location, or dynamics of the experience when necessary, notifying the customer when possible.

6. Use of Image and Audiovisual Material

By purchasing a ticket and participating in a Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento experience, the participant acknowledges and accepts that during the event, photographs and/or videos may be taken in which their image, voice, or likeness may appear.

• In the case of minors, the accompanying adult or the person purchasing the ticket declares and guarantees that they have the legal authority to grant this consent on behalf of the minor.
• If any participant or adult responsible for a minor does not wish their image or that of the minor to be used, they must notify the Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento team before the start of the experience, and we will make reasonable efforts to respect this.
• The participant grants Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento a free, irrevocable, and territorially unlimited authorization to use said audiovisual material for promotional, advertising, and communication purposes, related exclusively to the Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento brand, including but not limited to social media, website, digital materials, and presentations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the experience is voluntary. Bohemia Cocina en Movimiento will not be liable for losses, damages, or injuries that do not result from proven direct negligence.
